AAC Essentials

AAC Essentials Courses are designed to increase your understanding of Alternative and Augmentative Communication (AAC) for your particular role. There are 4 different courses: (1) For Supports Coordinators, (2) For Family, Friends, and Supports, (3) For AAC Users, and (4) For Administration and Leaders. Each course is designed to value your time and give you practical information. The lessons are short and you can do them whenever you like. Plan to spend 2-3 hours on a course.

VOW - Valuing Older Workers

A three-part video series to improve support of older workers in the workplace using assistive technology.

This training is a collaboration between the Mid-Atlantic ADA Center and TechOWL, the AT Act Program at the Institute on Disabilities at Temple University’s College of Education and Human Development.

Este curso se divide en 3 partes. Los videos están completamente descritos en audio y hay un cuestionario después de cada sección. Debe completar el cuestionario para pasar a la siguiente sección. Para recibir un certificado de finalización, debe completar el “cuestionario” final, que es una encuesta sobre su experiencia con el curso.
