Lending Library

Borrow a device from us and test it out for 3 weeks. Maximum 5 items may be borrowed at a time and everything will be shipped and picked up from your door for FREE.

Get A Demonstration

Request a one-on-one demonstration of a device with one of our Assistive Technology specialists. We want to help you make an informed decision about the technology that you will use.

Free Special Phones

If you have difficulty hearing, talking, seeing, thinking or moving, we have a phone that could help you! Currently, we have over 20 landline phones that we provide to persons who qualify for our program. Starting July 1 we will add over 10 smart devices to that list!

Used Equipment Program

Do you have old medical equipment laying around? Are you in need of medical equipment? TechOWL receives donations as well as actively looks for new homes for lightly used medical equipment.

iCanConnect

Do you or a loved one have BOTH vision and hearing loss? TechOWL's partnership with iCanConnect provides communication access to Pennsylvanians who qualify as "deaf-blind".

Training and Presentations

TechOWL's Assistive Technology Specialists are highly knowledgable on a wide variety of areas within accessibility and assistive technologies for the home, community, and for all ages and abilities. We provide individualized training for professionals, students and community members in Pennsylvania on a request basis.
