We can CreATe Together!
CreATe Together is a FREE program to receive 3D printed or fabricated Assistive Technology for people in Pennsylvania. Our pillars of service are:
- Catalog of 3D printed devices
- Making custom devices for people
- Hosting build events to make assistive devices for the community
Order a Device!
CreATe Together has several partners that have 3D printers! We have curated our own catalog, but we can print any open-source file. Take a look and request an item.
Cost
We try to make everything free for Pennsylvanians. Most 3D printed devices are provided for free. Some larger projects might require financial contributions. This will be discussed prior to the service.

Made Possible by…
TechOWL’s services are funded by the federal Assistive Technology Act Program that supports state efforts to improve the provision of assistive technology to individuals with disabilities of all ages through comprehensive, statewide programs that are consumer-responsive. The Administration for Community Living is the federal overseeing entity. In Pennsylvania, the Assistive Technology Act Program is called Pennsylvania’s Initiative on Assistive Technology or “PIAT”.
PIAT makes assistive technology devices and services more available and accessible to individuals with disabilities and their families.
The amount of Pennsylvania’s annual award is based largely on our population and is based on a formula.
